Sacred Waters: Yoga Retreat & Fijian Cultural Immersion was born from a vision of connection—both with oneself and of the breathtaking surroundings, in our shared home 🌎 Our founders, inspired by their own journeys of self-discovery through yoga and cultural experiences, sought to create a space for to embark on a similar path. This retreat honors the "vanua" and its traditions, recognizing that we are not only visitors in these lands but also in this life, hence to treat ourselves and our surroundings, like the divine beauty of Nature that we are. Through a harmonious blend of, meditation, and authentic Fijian practices, we invite participants to unwind, engage deeply with the islands' rich heritage, and leave transformed, carrying a piece of Fiji and its vibrant culture within them. Fijian Cultural Immersion – Learn the art of weaving mats and baskets, cooking traditional Fijian meals, and participating in a kava ceremony with village elders. Sacred Water Adventures – Swim in the mystical Sawa-i-Lau Caves, hike scenic island trails, and explore vibrant coral reefs through snorkeling and spear fishing. Traditional Healing & Wellness – Receive a Bobo massage, a powerful Fijian deep-tissue therapy known for its ability to restore balance and energy.
